Judges:

The judges are sought out by these criteria qualities:

• They have over 15+ years of industry-wide design and UX practice here in the Valley.

• They must have started in the design and UX industry as individual contributors who have had a hand in creating products that solve real-life human problems in an innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and simple functionality for the user.

• They have designed and worked on experiences that the world recognizes as products that inspire delight and help to change the world for the better.

• Each judge has worked with multiple companies and built world-class design and user experience teams.
